The People’s Church youth group is a community of young people (starting at age 12 and up all the way to our early 20’s) who want to grow closer to God and be a positive impact in our world. We aim to achieve this by creating a supportive community, nurturing a belief in the supernatural, and empowering youth to serve in various ways. Our foundation rests on the values of community, service, purity, and the presence of God. We meet weekly at our youth services and small group meetings.

OUR VALUES
We are a group of young people who love Jesus and have decided to intentionally follow Him. Creating a culture where everyone belongs and is valued for who they are irrespective of where they come from is what community is all about!
Being a true disciple of Jesus means that we make an intentional decision to walk in purity and we do this by obeying Him in everything we do, no matter how big or small.
As a community we want to press into God’s presence, and we encourage our young people to have their own personal life-changing encounter with Him. Jesus told his disciples that they would do greater things than He did and as a community we stand on that word, believing God to exceed our expectations of what He can do in our midst.
Jesus said that we would be recognised as His disciples by our love for one another and serving others is a tangible expression of that love. It is also a way of showing our gratitude to God for the gifts He has blessed us with.
